What is included in the premium subscription?
The free version of the Make it Mine app includes being able to select two foods you want from a limited selection in your food profile and browse between a limited amount of recipes that you can personalize. You can also add a new recipe. Adding a new recipe is possible through copying and pasting a recipe from the internet or by scanning a recipe text from a cookbook. This way we can give you the most honest demo of what to expect from the recipe personalization tool since it is the same quality as in the premium version. You'll also have access to a lot of our in-app informative content like articles, tips, tricks, etc.
The premium subscription of 4,99 euros/month includes being able to use the full potential of your food profile by selecting any foods you want to avoid without restrictions. You can also browse between our full list of our recipes and have access to premium informative content. You can save recipes, share them with friends and send your food profile to friends so they can cook for you. You can also cook for multiple people by combining profiles. You'll also gain access to new premium features once they are fully developed, like our new solutions for the supermarket and restaurant experience. Isn't that exciting?!

How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling your subscription is very easy. And so it should be! Nothing more annoying than a subscription where you have to move mountains to be able to cancel.
On iPhone: go to settings, tap on your Apple ID at the top. Then choose subscriptions. Locate your Make it Mine subscription and cancel it. Done!
On Android: Open the Google Play Store app. Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner. Select payments and subscriptions in the profile menu. Then choose subscriptions. Locate your Make it Mine subscription and cancel it. Easy peasy!
Where is the Make it Mine app available?
Currently the Make it Mine app is only available in Belgium and the Netherlands. The languages available are English and Dutch. We currently don't have a view on when we will make the app available in more countries but we are doing our very best to accelerate this so we can help even more people as soon as possible.
Why isn't the Make it Mine app entirely free?
As much as we would want to make the Make it Mine app 100% free, the app could not exist without financial contributions from our community. Keeping the app running comes with all kinds of costs and behind the curtains we are people just like you that need to pay for rent, food, etc. After seeing many other free apps have to shut down, we realised that if we want to complete our mission to help as many people as we can on a global scale, we need to survive financially. But don't worry! Your contribution will be used to make more features in the app that will help you to navigate even more challenging food-related situations in your life. You can also donate to accelerate our development by sending us an email.
Where does Make it Mine get their knowledge from?
The Make it Mine app is not only a convenient tool for individuals with food sensitivities, but it is also based on scientific evidence. Our team of experts have extensively researched and analyzed the latest studies and guidelines in the field of food allergy, intolerance and sensitivity management. We have collaborated with reputable allergists, dietitians, and chefs to ensure that our recipes and ingredient substitutions are safe and nutritionally balanced. The proposed alternatives have been optimized according to taste and texture in warm (!) recipes. Our app is regularly updated with the latest research to ensure that our users have access to the most current and reliable information. We aim to make recipes 100% safe but encourage our users to always stay alert for possible flaws. Did you manage to find something that we overlooked? Didn't recieve an email to confirm your email address?
Unfortunately this is a common bug that is out of our hands at the moment. Trying with a different email address from another provider solves the issue for most people.
