1. What data do we store?
1.1. The login details linked to a user account. This includes the username, email address and password.
1.2. The profile picture and recipe pictures that the users can optionally upload.
1.2. The information that the User has entered in the Dietary profile. These represent ingredients that the User wishes to avoid.
2. How do we process this data?
2.1. We process the login data to give the User access to his/her account. This also secures the account.
2.2. We process the Dietary profile to enable correct use of our Services. Based on the information in the Dietary profile, recipes are personalized.
3. How do we secure this data?
3.1. The security and integrity of your personal data are important to us. In addition to complying with applicable relevant personal data regulations, we use accepted industry standards, technologies and procedures, such as firewalls, security software, etc. to protect the integrity of your personal data and prevent unauthorised access. However, no system can be 100% secure, and despite our best efforts, there is always a risk of unauthorised access to your personal data. By using our Services, you accept this risk. We also insist that you use a unique and strong password for your user account on the App and that you protect this password. You should further restrict access to your Device and log out of your account after using the App.
4. Your rights
4.1. The User always has the right to inspect and correct or delete the personal data processed by the Company. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com . If a request for deletion concerns data that are
necessary to be able to offer our Services, a request for deletion of your data will result in the deletion of your account with Make it Mine.
4.2. If you do not wish Make it Mine to use your personal data for marketing purposes, you may unsubscribe from further messages at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of such message.
4.3. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority.
6.1. We will communicate with you by email and notices posted on your mobile device. If you do not wish to receive notifications on your mobile device, you can always disable this service. Please note that if you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you will still receive replies to your questions sent to our support, but you will not receive any more promotional emails.
